 We sell our beef in bulk to honor the whole animal and give you the best prices possible.  Whole beef is our best deal. You will save thousands of dollars buying your beef all at once as compared to shopping one cut at a time at the grocery store, and the quality is incomparable. If your order a 1/2 beef you will get just that, half of the beef that you would have received had you ordered a whole beef with cuts from both the front and hind quarters.  Same goes for a 1/4 beef we divide the half beef exactly in half to make a true quarter beef.

How it works.

1. Decide how much beef is right for your family. 

2. Place your deposit and we will reserve your beef for you.  When your beef begins the dry aging process, we will contact you to make final payment and delivery arrangements.

3. Sit Back and Relax!  You've taken control of your food supply, and your beef is on its way. We will continue to raise your animal, deliver it to the butcher and pick it up after it has finished its 21 days dry aging and processing, and get it to you!!
