2.Decide how much beef is right for your family. 

3. Simply place your deposit and we will reserve your beef for you.  When your beef begins the dry aging process, we will contact you to make final payment and delivery arrangements.

4. Sit Back and Relax!  Your freezer will be full in no time. We will continue to raise your beef, deliver it to the butcher and pick it up after it has finished its 21 days dry aging.
